1980s Special Times Dress, XS / S

Vintage special occasion dress from the 1980s.  The dress features extended cap sleeves and an attached ruched waistband in contrasting colours with an attached bow rosette.  The full, gathered skirt has an attached crinoline.  Open, squared off back with metal side zip opening.
